Specifically, programs will include culinary and baking training, employment assistance, after school enrichment and recreation, and early childhood education. This facility, located at 1600 Randall Avenue in the Bronx, will be a community resource not only for the residents, but for the neighborhood at-large. Andron tracked all utilities from the initial start date and maintained close communications with respective representatives. Andron reviewed constant updates from DOB especially safety requirements. All construction activities occur on an occupied 800-bed skilled nursing facility campus. Renovations to the existing skilled nursing Zweig Pavilion: new windows, new HVAC system and new elevators.
