We feel morally obligated to provide a safe site for our customers and our workers.

We believe that safety and quality go hand-in-hand: workers who pay attention to safety pay attention to their overall operation and produce high quality work.

We promise safety as a high priority because our customers demand it. Andron's low loss experience and resulting lower insurance premiums mean we can provide a more cost-effective performance.

The principal tool to implement Andron's goal of zero accidents is our safety program. It is an overall effort that involves all of our employees and subcontractors in continuous planning and a proactive approach.

Our safety program includes a regular schedule of employee toolbox talks, subcontractor safety meetings and third-party safety audits, as well as ongoing employee safety training and mandatory acknowledgment by our subcontractors of adherence to all of our safety requirements.

Andron's safety goal is zero accidents.
