It is an overall effort that involves all of our employees and subcontractors in continuous planning and a proactive approach. Our safety program includes a regular schedule of employee toolbox talks, subcontractor safety meetings and third-party safety audits, as well as ongoing employee safety training and mandatory acknowledgment by our subcontractors of adherence to all of our safety requirements.
