Sullivan Architecture $8.9 million Project Scope 42,000 SF new convent, comprising a 48-unit assisted living and skilled care facility, and a Provincial Office wing with 120-seat chapel and assembly room, 80-seat dining room, commercial grade kitchen, community and activity rooms, built using modular as well as conventional construction.
