Perkins Eastman Architects PC $38.7 million New 4-story, 120-unit, 215,000 SF building for senior adults, including interior and exterior finishes matching the existing residential buildings. Work included demolition of a portion of the existing building where the new facility is attached, including patching of interior and exterior finishes on the existin buidling.
