The Club at Briarcliff Manor, a luxury fee-for-serice Continuing Care Retirement Community planned for a 59-acre site, is being developed by Briarcliff Manor Investors (a joint venture between Integrated Investors BCM LLC www.IDG-LLC.com, a Chicago-based senior living comany, and The National Electrical Benefit Fund www.NEBFrealestate.com).

A 288-unit Independent Living Building, a Supportive Living Center, a Spa Building and a 402-space parking garage will be constructed on the upper part of the site. In addition, 24 townhomes and 13 Villas will be constructed on the lower area of the site. Total construction is approximately 675,000 SF of new buildings.
