New construction. The Club at Briarcliff Manor is a luxury fee-for-service Continuing Care Retirement Community planned for a 59-acre site. The site will include 24 townhomes and 13 Villas, as well as a 288-unit Independent Living Building, a Supportive Living Center and a 402-space parking garage. Total new construction is approximately 675,000 SF.

Phase I New construction of three model townhomes and a sales office. Designed and built for independent living with luxurious finishes throughout, the townhomes include a master suite, gourmet kitchen, laundry, fireplace, attached two-car garage and senior-friendly features.
Project start February 2010
Project completion October 2010

Phase II A 288-unit Independent Living Building, a Supportive Living Center and a 402-space parking garage will be constructed on the upper part of the site. In addition, 24 townhomes and 13 Villas will be constructed on the lower area of the site.
