The facility includes a commercial kitchen and job training spaces, along with dedicated spaces for both indoor and outdoor learning. With sustainable elements to conserve energy and to promote the health and wellness of the residents, building resources include classrooms, libraries, computer labs, playgrounds, and counseling centers. Learning programs include culinary training, employment assistance, after school enrichment and recreation, early childhood education, and communal gardening. The facility is designed to meet the diverse needs of its resident families—as well as the resident citizens of the local community.

Andron tracked all utilities from the initial start date and maintained close communications with respective representatives. Andron reviewed constant updates from DOB, especially safety requirements. Andron promptly reviewed DOB filings submitted by Architect, to mitigate possible TCO delay caused by these updated filings. All construction activities occur on an occupied 800-bed skilled nursing facility campus. Renovations to the existing skilled nursing Zweig Pavilion: new windows, new HVAC system and new elevators.
