Fast-track planning, design and construction of a new 4000 SF class-100 cleanroom pilot plant for the manufacture of a test drug. The cleanroom components were prefabricated off-site and assembled within an existing structure, which was modified with subslab piping, steam, water injection, gas, HVAC, emergency generator and cold rooms.
