Complete interior construction of a 12,000 SF biotechnology laboratory. The project required demolition down to the concrete slab and out to the four walls, installation of high capacity mechanical and electrical systems for the laboratory use, then finishing with new walls, new floors, new ceilings, and custom cabinetry. The result was an attractive and efficient working environment, completed on time and within budget.
