New 48,000 SF facility, containing eight different climate zones, built for the rare plant collections and the ongoing botanical research of the New York Botanical Garden. Currently, it is the largest and most technologically advanced greenhouse in the United States. An adjacent building houses conference rooms, offices and utilities.
Andron was the general contractor.
