District-wide Additions and Renovations
Town of Lewisboro, New York
KG&D Architects $41 million Major renovations at four elementary, one middle and one high school, including new and renovated classrooms, gymnasiums, laboratories, district-wide LAN computer facilities, and athlethic fields. All work occurred in or adjacent to occupied spaces.
Andron provided construction management services, prepared 80 contract bid packages, and supervised the public bidding. The total of the prices for all work was within the budget, and all six projects proceeded on schedule without interference to the education programs.
