Chappaqua, New York KG&D Architects $15 million
The goal of this project was to transform an existing multiple-buildings, California-style, campus into a facility more suitable for the Northern climate. This entailed joining six separate buildings into one by the use of new buildings, hallways and a pedestrian bridge. The additions included a new science building, new guidance building, new music wing and new foreign language building which includes a commons room. The alterations include rehabilitating the math and physics rooms, a new entrance and reception area to the building, as well as various mechanical and electrical upgrades throughout the campus.
