New 160,000 SF middle school, part of the $51 million capital program for Chappaqua Central School District. Seven Bridges Middle School occupies an environmentally sensitive site above a stream that feeds the New York City water system reservoir, requiring adherence to strict NYS watershed laws. The design concept included harmony with environment; vegetation and site contours preserve the privacy of neighboring residences.

Unique features include a copper standing seam roof, a suspended library over a 500-plus seat performing arts center, with sophisticated sound and lighting capabilities, including special systems for the hearing impaired.
