Renovation of Cluett Hall, a 90-year-old, 80,000 SF landmark for use as offices, classrooms, dormitory, and recreational space; construction of McGraw Pavilion, an 11,000 SF addition to the gymnasium, improvements to existing hockey rink. Cluett Hall remained open and fully operational during construction.

Andron provided cost estimating, value engineering since the schematic design phase, and was construction manager and builder with guaranteed maximum price.
