Addition and renovation to existing turn-of-the-20th-century building to create a 400-seat theater, art studios and music classrooms. Work included extensive brickwork to match the existing facade, the addition of structural steel within the old building and new pitched slate roof.

Andron provided cost estimating, value engineering since the schematic design phase, and was construction manager and builder with guaranteed maximum price.
