Lohan Associates $6.5 million New 32,000 SF signature building for Pace’s computer science department and business school at the Pleasantville campus, with exterior finishes of granite and painted facebrick, a wood cedar shake roof, interior finishes including slate floors and wood crown moldings, and with automated building systems for HVAC and fire protection. The building is fully wired and connected for the Pace LAN, and includes a state-of-the-art computer training center for Pace’s computer science department.
