New 54,000 SF 2-story Wellness Center, including a 100-seat competition pool and a 1500-seat gymnasium, fitness and aerobics center and classrooms, on an active, occupied campus.

High performance design strategies are implemented, such as recyclable and natural materials, grass roofs, day lighting and ground source heat pumps. This project qualifies for a silver level LEED certification.
