30,000 SF interior renovation consisting of new millwork finishes, coffered ceilings, window replacement, new commercial kitchen and elevator. 2500 SF addition expanding the kitchen area and new entrance. New exterior structure and finishes.

With many conservation measures in the design, the project is seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design status from the United States Greeen Building Council.
