Restoration of the 169-year-old Snuff Mill, a National Historic Landmark. Includes new offices, a new kitchen, new bathrooms and a modern elevator; repointing of exterior walls and installations of cedar roof shingles.

With many conservation measures in the design, the project is seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design status from the United States Greeen Building Council.
