$14 million Restoration of the 169-year-old Snuff Mill, a National Historic Landmark. Includes new offices, a new kitchen, new bathrooms and a modern elevator; repointing of exterior walls and installations of cedar roof shingles. The Stone Mill's exterior restoration maintains the original industrial character while the interior rehabilitation provides the necessary systems and building upgrades.

LEED Certified LEED-Silver. LEED-qualified features include a breathable cedar-shingled roof, oak flooring, stormwater run-off treatment and native plantings.
