Andron's Chief Estimator and staff prepare detailed cost estimates at any point from schematic design to final documents. They prepare a complete take-off of quantities and materials and calculate the estimated cost of construction. Andron estimates all trades with our own in-house estimating team, including electrical and mechanical specialists.

Andron’s estimators use leading edge construction specific software to prepare detailed estimates. Our system supports a 6,000-item database of costs from Andron’s own experience of bidding and performing work in our region and also provides the capability for detailed estimates from conceptual design through final bid.

Each time Andron prepares a cost estimate, the estimators develop value engineering proposals for consideration by the owner and the design professionals. They also, in consultation with the preconstruction managers, conduct a constructability review. They apply their experience from similar past projects and suggest options to allow the most efficient construction methods in the design.
