Andron's CFO and staff have developed highly efficient cost-tracking procedures to monitor cost analysis (budget vs. actual), trade contract financial status, audit and review. These reports can be produced at any time, depending on the Owner’s needs.
Andron regards the progress payment procedure as an important tool for managing the trade contractors. The estimators and project manager develop a schedule of values for the work of each trade contractor. As the job progresses, the project manager reviews monthly requisitions, resolves discrepancies or questions about percentage of completion, then assembles all requests in a project summary requisition for the final review and approval by the owner and architect.
To control costs means tracking them before, during and after the project. Andron's ability to track costs is outstanding.
