Preconstruction Andron's preconstruction managers guide the pre-construction phase. They marshal the necessary resources of estimating, financial administration and contract administration. They supervise the preparation of the preliminary construction schedule, phasing plan and site rules. They are responsible for seeing that all issues are resolved in such a way as to meet the owner's goals.

Estimating Andron's Chief Estimator and staff prepare detailed cost estimates at any point from schematic design to final documents. They prepare a complete take-off of quantities and materials and calculate the estimated cost of construction. Andron estimates all trades with our own in-house estimating team, including electrical and mechanical specialists.

Financial Andron's CFO and staff have developed highly efficient cost-tracking procedures to monitor cost analysis (budget vs. actual), trade contract financial status, audit and review. These reports can be produced at any time, depending on the owner's needs.
